A Nigerian s.ex worker is being held by the Ghana Police Service in the Ashanti Region for reportedly cutting a colleague’s private part with a blade.
According to a source, the suspect, who is known as the godmother of all prostitutes in Dichemso Plaza, also used the blade to inflict cuts on her victim’s face and thighs for allegedly taking her customer.
The suspect, named as Bella, cautioned her colleague, also identified as Ruth, to keep away from a specific man since the man was her highest customer, and she threatened to design her (Ruth) face with sharp things if she did not listen.
Fast forward to when the suspect and four others approached her by the roadside and pinned her to the ground. They later restrained her wrists and legs, allowing Bella to slash her face and intimate parts.
According to the source, Ruth is a university student on holiday in Nigeria who was brought to Ghana by the assailant, Bella, to engage in the unlawful sex trade in order to acquire money to help her when school begins.
According to reports, the four persons who assisted Bella in carrying out the deed have yet to be apprehended by police since they fled when they learned of Bella’s detention.
