BREAKING NEWS: At Least 30 Students Of Islamic SHS Rushed To The Hospital After Police Attack On Them During Demonstration

According to information obtained by our portal, at least 30 students from the Islamic Senior High School in Abepo, Ashanti Region, were brought to the hospital after police allegedly fired tear gas at them as they were protesting frequent road accidents in front of the school.

During the turmoil, at least twelve kids are said to have passed out.

Medical treatment is now being provided to the pupils who passed out. As a result of the disarray, academic activity has been halted thus far.

The Ghana Police Service has yet to issue a statement in response to the news.
