Captain Smart, host of Onua TV/morning FM’s show, went to the STC Yard in Accra on Tuesday morning to report on the floods that had ravaged the capital city.
Unfortunately for him, he was submerged up to his waist in flood waters and became stuck.
Passers-by, on the other hand, rescued him from the flood waters.
