GES Postings: Procedure to submit documents, acceptance letter, assumption of duty letter, documents to submit
Our portal Ghanakasiebo.com wishes to congratulate successful applicants who passed through the process and have been given an appointment to teach in the Ghana Education Service (GES).
Below are the official documents you will need to submit to the regional office to complete your recruitment process. Normally they need 4 photocopies of each document but we advise that you should do at least 4 photocopies of the original documents or certificates.
Acceptance letter – Get sample of acceptance letter by CLICKING HERE
Medical report from any government Hospital. Original
Passport pictures (minimum of 4)
NTC certificate (the original one downloaded on the NTC portal)
National Service Certificate
Schools certificate (BECE, WASSCE, COLLEGE Certificate)
Photocopy of your National ID
Photocopy of your SSNIT ID and number
BANK Details ( Name on account, Bank name, Branch, Account number ) – This is needed at the district office not regional
Personal Records of forms – This is needed at the district office not regional
Once the above documents are ready for submission, put them in a file or envelope and go to your regional office.
After submitting the documents, you will be asked to wait for a while then they will check all your documents and check master lists as to whether your name is part of the lists or not, if you are part then another appointment letter will be given you again which you will submit it to your district office.
At the district office, you will be required to fill out personal record forms which contain your personal details and bank details plus SSNIT. CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD A SAMPLE
Once you are done proceed to submit your appointment letter to your posted school.
