GES Releases Date for 2022 National Standardized Test

The Management of Ghana Education Service (GES) and the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NaCCA) have proposed dates for the conduction of the 2022 National Standardized Test (NST).

The 2022 NST according to the GES and NaCCA will be organized for primary 4 and primary 2 pupils across Ghana.

However, the bodies responsible for the NST have proposed November and December as the dates for conducting the 2022 test respectively.

2022 Date for National Standardized Test (NST)

Information made available to EducandGhana.net indicates that the various stakeholders (NaCCA and GES) will commence the 2022 National Standardized Test (NST) for primary two (2) pupils across the country from 1st November to 30th November 2022 and between 12th December to 16th December 2022 respectively.

Meanwhile, a technical committee has been formed to plan the 2022 NST which will include pupils of primary two and primary 4 students as well.

Procedures of 2022 NST Administration

The 2022 National Standardized Test (NST) will be conducted in all public schools across the country close to the end of the academic year. This will be done by a team of trained test personnel.

National Standardized Test (NST) Subjects

Subjects that will be available for testees who will sit for the 2022 NST are English Language and Mathematics.
