Hon. Kennedy Agyapong To Launch Presidential Campaign At Bantama
It has been confirmed that Hon. Kennedy Agyapong, Member of Parliament for Assin Central, will start his presidential campaign at Bantama.
Lawyer Ralph Agyapong, the legislator’s brother, made the discovery on Wontumi TV while debating the future of the New Patriotic Party and its next flagbearer.
He said that Hon. Kennedy Agyapong is still very much in the race and is adhering to every detailed plan that has been provided to him.
“The grounds are good for him; he is a grass root man; he is the man who can break the 8 for us,” stated Lawyer Ralph Agyapong.
He dismissed speculations that Hon. Agyapong had opted not to run because he had been refused the position of National Chairman of the NPP.
According to him, Hon. Agyapong “has no interest in becoming the party’s National Chairman,” and he “doesn’t want to become a party Veep.”
He concluded by stating that the official campaign kickoff of Hon. Kennedy Agyapong’s Presidential aspiration would take place in Kumasi at Bantama.
