I and below listed journalists lied against Mahama in 2016 – Captain Smart admits

Captain Smart claims that some journalists were paid to propagate lies about Mahama.
Captain Smart, we have to fast for 21 days and request God’s forgiveness for the lies we spread about Mahama.
If you compare Nana to Mahama, Captain Smart, he won’t receive a single point out of a hundred.
Blessed Godsbrain Smart, also known as Captain Smart, a prolific journalist, has acknowledged to fabricating lies against former President John Dramani Mahama, which resulted in Mahama losing the 2016 elections.
Senior Journalists, including Kwami Sefa Kayi and Paul Adom Otchere, whom he described as NPP attorneys, he claimed, propagated many lies against the previous president, in addition to himself.
He went on to say that it wasn’t until after the election that he realized most of what he said about Mahama prior to the 2016 election was incorrect.
“I was one of the serious ones (spreading misinformation against Mahama)… The lies we spoke in this country about Mahama were not tiny lies, and Paul Adom Otchere was a part of them. With your silly analysis, we said Mahama had a residence in Dubai… that he had gold (concessions); you (Adom Otchere) were part of those of us who were spreading lies about Mahama.
“All NPP lawyers, including myself (Adom Otchere), Sefa (Kwami Sefa Kayi), and Sefa (Kwami Sefa Kayi), must fast for 21 days and beg God’s forgiveness… When we got power, I decided to look into these allegations against Mahama and discovered that all of the information you (NPP journalist) were feeding us was false; you were paid to propagate false information “He said this in Twi during his Maakye Show on Onua TV, which GhanaWeb was watching.
Many NPP (New Patriotic Party) members expected Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to perform as well as ex-President John Agyekum Kufuor, but they were all disappointed, according to Captain Smart.
“If Nana Addo’s performance is compared to John Dramani Mahama’s, he (Akufo-Addo) will not even earn a 1 out of 100,” he remarked.
