I make ¢600 profit daily from selling Gob3 on my off days– Ghanaian nurse shares secret on how to survive in these hard times
Times are tough, and desperate measures are required. This Ghanaian nurse is doing exactly that.
The health practitioner, identified simply as Grace, told content creator Ama Jasmine that when she is not on official duty as a nurse, she sells popular Ghanaian delicacy, beans and gari aka Gob3, and that this is paying off handsomely.
According to a post on Jasmine Ama’s YouTube channel, Grace stated that selling Gob3 is a family business that her grandmother used to run, but that it is now run by her sister, mother, and herself and earns between $500 and $600 per day.
On workdays, Grace says she starts making food for her sister to sell at 4 a.m.
Using the profit and loss theory, the 24-year-old lady stated that when she subtracts the amount of money she put into the business for the day, the money left over is her profit, which ranges between $500 and $600 every day.
