JUST IN: 34-year-old man sentenced to death by hanging for m.urder at Assin Fosu

A 34-year-old man was sentenced to death by hanging by the Cape Coast High Court for murder.

The inmate, Kofi Adjei, also known as Chilling, had a disagreement with the dead, who was known as Kankani in Assin Fosu.

As a response, the inmate stabbed the dead with scissors, killing him.

Following the Attorney General’s prosecution, the Cape Coast High Court condemned Adjei to death by hanging.

As a result, the offender was sent to the Nsawam Minimum Security Prisons.

Meanwhile, other locals who talked with Kasapa FM News’ Yaw Boagyan stated they are pleased with the court judgment.

According to the neighbors, this is not the convict’s first involvement in similar crimes and killings.
