JUST IN: GES postpones ICT training of One teacher one Laptop initiative for all teachers until further notice; statement issued, full details here

KAT Training For Teachers A statement signed by the Deputy Director General of the Ghana Education Service (GES), Anthony Boateng reveals that the service has indefinitely postponed the ICT training which was to be organized for teachers in relation with the one teacher one laptop initiative.

“Management of Ghana Education Service (GES) will like to inform you that the online ICT training in connection with the One Teacher One Laptop initiative scheduled for 16th February, 2022 has been put on hold”

According to the GES, it will collaborate with the with KA Technologies (KAT) and Microsoft to have further deliberations and discussions to come up with a new date and timeline.
