JUST IN: Okudzeto Ablakwa to employ NABCO Trainees permanent; Statement and process issued

NABCO Trainees who work under the government’s flagship programme, Nation Builders Corps (NABCO) have unfortunately not been paid since His Excellency Dr. Bawumia issued a letter to trainees over their extension. How have these people been surviving since the extension? On numerous occasions, these individuals have called on the government to get them what is due them, but those calls have not yielded any results.

On Wednesday 31st of August, 2022, Ghanakasiebo reported that NABCO Secretariat sent end of term of service message has been sent to their portal so trainees should check, and the summary of the letter says “NABCO has successfully ended”

Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, honorable Member of Parliament for North Tongu in the Volta region has given an opportunity to all NABCO personnel in his district to absorb them in his Chinese company.

In his post on Facebook official account, sighted by Ghanakasiebo.com the MP said he has officially negotiated with his Chinese company to employ all NABCO personnel in his district.

As Government ends NaBCo today September 1, 2022; I am delighted to announce that I have successfully negotiated with the Chinese management of Sinostone Bioethanol Manufacturing Ltd (SBML) located in my beloved North Tongu, to immediately employ all our 97 NaBCo beneficiaries.

We are all hoping for the rest of NABCO personnel to get a permanent employment in the coming months.
