JUST IN: Unpaid Newly Recruited Teachers To Be Paid All Arrears In September – GES
The third batch of newly recruited teachers who received their employee IDs this month is anticipated to be paid their 7-month-late pay in September.

This was revealed by Kwasi Kwarteng, the PRO of the Ministry of Education, at a meeting with the leadership of the Coalition of Newly Recruited Teachers.
According to Mr. Kwarteng, “the GES will finish the production of the remaining personnel IDs as well as the biometric procedure this month [August], with payment beginning in September.”
