Kelvynboy explains why he took off his dreadlocks
Kelvyn Boy, born Kelvyn Brown, has revealed that cutting his dreadlocks was like removing a burden off him.
Kelvyn Boy awoke one morning this year with the intention of cutting off the dreadlocks he had been wearing for quite some time.
Kelvyn Boy published images of himself, and the internet seemed to enjoy them.
“I felt like cutting it, so I did.” My team was opposed, but that is how I felt, so I chopped it. “It seemed like I was unloading a weight,” he told Accra-based Hitz FM’s Andy Dosty.
He claimed he retained the dreadlocks all these years to appear like his mentor, Stonebwoy.
The Downflat hitmaker stated that Stonebwoy continues to influence him.
