Sad news hit Teachers as prominent teacher dies in accident involving school bus at Bekwai

After the school bus was engaged in an accident on July 13th, a teacher from the Bekwai Victory International passed away.

When it reached Ahwenie crossroads in Bekwai, the Hyundai bus with the registration number AC 1219-18 carrying students home had brake failure and collided with a side road.

The 28-seater bus may have been overcrowded, according to Bekwai district police commander, who verified the incident to Isaac Normanyo of Adom News.

According to Supt. Teddy Damtey Brown, the bus was struck from the right side, where the on-duty instructor was sitting.
