Why aren’t my CPD points reflecting? On the teacher portal, you can find out what’s causing it and how to fix it.

Individuals must follow the corrective processes indicated by the National Teaching Council (NTC) in order for CPD points to appear on their different teacher portal dashboards.

Before getting on to the principal cure in this piece, we’ll look at the possible sources of the CPD points that aren’t represented. Reasons why after completing an exam on the eLearning Portal, instructors’ CPD points do not display on the NTC TPG Portal.

Those who did not follow instructions, according to the National Teaching Council, are those whose points did not appear on the teacher site.

This means that the email address used on the NTC eLearning portal must match the one used for licensed registration on the teaching portal. In addition, the council mandated a 70 percent pass rate. As a result, CPD points were awarded to those who obtained the necessary grade or better.

As a result, people who obtained worse scores may need to reconsider their options.
