Why aren’t my CPD points reflecting? On the teacher portal, you can find out what’s causing it and how to fix it.

  2. Enter your email and Password
  3. Click on Login
  4. On the dashboard, click on ‘profile
  5. Tap on ‘edit profile’
  6. Change the email address to tally with what you have on the teacher portal
  7. Scroll down and click on ‘update profile
  8. Relax and wait for NTC to update their
    systems for the points to reflect.
